1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup butter
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 tsp cocoa
1/2 cup choco chips

1. Melt the butter, stirring until the butter is evenly browned and let it cool.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
3.  Add sugar, nutella and brown sugar. Mix it on medium speed. Put the egg and egg yolk with the low speed.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Chill the dough briefly, about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 175C.
6. Use a tablespoon, scoop a portion of cookie dough twice and roll into a ball. Place the cookie dough rolls on the baking sheets, 2-3 inches apart and put them in the refrigerator.
7. After an hours take them out and bake until the cookies are golden brown for about 14 mnts.
8. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let it cool, then store them in an airtight container.

I baked a batch of these cookies one Friday afternoon and posted them here. If you dont have any Nutella you can replace Nutella with melted chocolate and . Why I put some salt? because salt brings out the flavors of the chocolate and makes them sweeter~<3 b="">
